host analog

Host Analog, by Buster Simpson, is a huge rotting tree, splayed on its side in sections a la a fallen column at a greek ruin. it’s a miniature pacific northwest rainforest floor, with all sorts of goodness sprouting up and around it. love.

i’m also posting other awesomeness from my travels daily to flickr. for instance, i ate a delicious fig and anise roll from the divine little gourmet shop, pastaworks. mmm tasty.

today is the first day of my three week west coast tour! i slept almost the whole way to pdx, but woke up in time to take a snap of mt rainier hood! i’ll be posting more pics as i take ‘em.
